Grand View Beef is rooted in more than 100 years of Severson family farming in Clarion, Iowa. The brand was launched by Knute and Amanda Severson , 5th generation owners who met while interning for the Seattle Seahawks and returned to the family's century farm to build something lasting together. The result is 100% grass-fed and finished beef raised with genuine care, sold direct to consumers nationwide. Knute and Amanda, now parents of three, are honored to share a piece of their family's story with customers across the country.
