Paul Saladino is a double board-certified physician, author, and the creator of the Animal-Based Diet. Having completed his residency at the University of Washington, he has dedicated his career to addressing the root causes of chronic illness through nutritional intervention rather than symptom management. He is a prominent advocate for the species-appropriate human diet, emphasizing the consumption of whole, nutrient-dense animal foods to achieve optimal metabolic health.
