MK Supplements was founded in 2021 by Michael Kummer, Austrian-born health blogger, former professional sprinter, and healthy-living enthusiast, alongside his wife Kathy, a Costa Rica native and the driving force behind the family's commitment to ancestral health. After years of reviewing supplements from dozens of brands for his widely read blog, Michael grew frustrated with ingredient and packaging compromises and decided to create his own line. MK Supplements flagship product is a grass-fed beef liver supplement sourced from 100% pasture-raised cattle, freeze-dried using a gentle, chemical-free process to preserve maximum nutrient density. All products are packaged in sustainable, non-toxic glass or recycled paper.
