Dr. Shawn Baker is a prominent orthopedic surgeon, world-class athlete, and a leading advocate for the carnivore diet. He is the Co-founder and Chief Medical Officer of Revero, a medical clinic specialized in treating chronic diseases through metabolic nutrition therapy. A veteran of the United States Air Force, Dr. Baker served as a combat trauma surgeon and Chief of Orthopedics while deployed to Afghanistan. He is also the author of the best-selling book The Carnivore Diet and hosts the Dr. Shawn Baker Podcast.

- Powerlifting & Strongman: Former national record holder in powerlifting (772 lb deadlift) and competed at a high level in strongman competitions.
- Rugby: Played professional rugby in New Zealand and for the U.S. Armed Forces rugby team.
